Do I have to pay anything in advance?
Normally, 35% of the total invoice is required to be paid at the end of the first working day when a good percentage of the materials required have been delivered to site. Thereafter, regular stage payments will be required as the work progresses. The final invoice is to be paid upon satisfactory completion of all the work.

Is your work guaranteed?
The work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months, once the full cycle of weather conditions have taken their course, however, this does not apply to plants or grass which require care from the client. Once we leave site these become the responsibility of the client to feed, water, mow and tender.

In most cases the answer is "yes"; we will not spring any surprises on you. However, if you request any changes to the specification we reserve the right to make an extra charge which will be discussed at the time such requests are made. Sometimes the unexpected happens. During the course of the work material facts may be uncovered which have a direct affect on the amount of time and or materials that have been allocated to the job. In such circumstances the ramifications will be discussed and an amicable solution reached before work continues.

We do not normally produce formal plans for small jobs because the cost of the plans can be more than the price of the job however, for major works plans are produced and costed into the job.
